Occupancy & Extra Fees
The following charges apply to any occupancy exceeding (1) tent or camper, (1) vehicle, (2) adults, and up to (4) children under 16 years old. Campsites are for overnight camping only.
NO PARTIES OR FAMILY REUNIONS. There is no pavilion or extra parking.
- Extra Adults – $20.00 per person, per night.
- Extra Children – $5.00 per child, per night.
- Extra Vehicles – $10.00 per vehicle, per night. One vehicle is included in the base rate.
- Extra Pets – $5.00 per pet, per night. Pets are limited to two per site at no extra charge.
- Visitor Day Pass – $10.00 per person. Visitors must register and pay the fee PRIOR to entering the campground. See our Policies page for full visitor rules.
- Reservation Fee – $6.00 per site (one-time). Applied to all reservations.
- Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging: EV Charging is not allowed. Our electric infrastructure is not designed for a continuous charging load. If you plug in, the fee is $100. You are required to disclose if you are bringing an electric vehicle at check-in.
Accessibility Commitment
We recognize the importance of accessibility and are committed to making our campground welcoming to all guests. Our facilities were originally built in 1972 and do not currently meet ADA standards. However, we are actively exploring feasible improvements and offer portable accessibility aids (such as shower chairs) upon request.
If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Refund & Cancellation Policy – As of May 2023, all reservations are non-refundable.
Because our camping season is only 4½ months long and our sites are limited, all reservations are considered final at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we’ll do our best to re‑rent your site. Any nights that we are able to re‑rent will be refunded to you. Nights that do not re‑rent, remain non‑refundable. Early departures are also non‑refundable.
To keep things fair for all guests and to prevent people from blocking sites that they are unsure about, the following policies apply:
Cancellations
- If you need to cancel, we will attempt to re‑rent your site for the nights you release.
- You will only be refunded for the nights that are successfully re‑rented.
- Nights that do not re‑rent remain your responsibility.
- There are no exceptions, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Early Departures
- No refunds are issued for early departures, including weather, insects, schedule changes, or personal circumstances.
Why This Policy Exists
- Our short season means every night matters.
- Holding sites “just in case” prevents other guests from booking and hurts our small business.
- This policy ensures fairness: if we can re‑rent your nights, you get that money back; if we can’t, the original reservation stands.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are unlikely to re‑rent.
- Guests are welcome to transfer their reservation to another party.
- Refunds are processed only after the original stay dates have passed and re‑rental is confirmed.
